    Technical Support
    Use technical support to resolve questions concerning technical issues. All our support engineers are licensed hams. They will help you diagnose and troubleshoot any software and hardware problems. Please be sure you have reviewed all the following documentation: Application notes Deployment   Demo video   User guide  First time set up. In your description, please be as specific as possible. Our technical support engineer(s) will review your questions and provide a solution or contact you for additional information. If it is an operator/user question, we suggest you work with a ham radio friend. Sometimes these questions can be resolved quickly.

    Customer Service
    Contact our customer service representative(s) for non-technical questions regarding sales, orders, missing components, shipment status and for general questions. For minor questions, you may call (503) 915-2490. Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time.

    Warranty
    Contact our warranty department for questions related to warranty and/or product returns. Please be specific in your description. We need to know the product description, place and date of purchase, condition of the product (possible shipping damage) and any information that might be helpful to resolve your issue. Our warranty support specialist(s) will review your request and issue a warranty and/or return authorization. The specialist will contact you if he/she needs more information. Occasionally, the situation can be resolved with a product or firmware upgrade. Generally, we offer these upgrades to the original purchaser for the life of the product at no charge.
